How much does the service cost?
This is a free of charge service to GP Surgeries funded by healthcare information suppliers.
Can we use the displays for our own information?
No, the leaflet display and poster boards are installed on the understanding that they are only used for information provided through IDS UK.
How long do we have to have the service for?
This is entirely up to you. If at any time you wish to discontinue the service simply let us know so that we are able to collect the displays.
What should I do if I no longer want the service?

We are moving premises. What do you need to know?
Once you know you will be moving please contact us on 01489 860000 or info@ids-uk.co.uk. Let us know the date of your move, whether you wish to continue the service and your new surgery details.
Can we have more than one display in our waiting room?
We often provide more than one display to surgeries. Please contact us on 01489 860000 to discuss your requirements.
Can the displays be installed in treatment rooms?
Displays are only installed in public areas that are easy to access. Waiting Rooms, Foyers or Reception areas are ideal locations.
Will the poster frames damage the walls?
No, poster boards are installed using adhesive tabs that when removed correctly do no mark or damage walls. Should you wish to remove a poster frame please contact IDS UK for advice on the correct removal technique.
What are the dimensions of the leaflet and poster boards?
